I’ve teamed up with 18 bloggers I adore for a “Fall in Love” challenge this fall.
And what, exactly, are we falling in love with? A room in our homes, of course!
Specifically, a room that has been unfinished, half-finished, or just has left us feeling uninspired lately. Over the next six weeks, we’ll all be rolling up our sleeves and working to fall back in love with the spaces we’ve chosen.
We’ll be sharing progress along the way but the room reveals will be happening the week of November 3rd.
For my room, I’m going to be making some long overdue updates to my dining room. Namely, adding window treatments, reupholstering my dining chairs, painting the walls, and adding a moulding wall treatment. I have most of the components chosen already but am still waffling over the fabric for the window treatments. I’ve narrowed it down to the the choices below. I think.
I’m partnering with Lacefield Designs for my makeover and am choosing all of my fabrics from their gorgeous selection of textiles.
I’m not going to lie – I’m a little nervous about cranking this out in six weeks. Because, actually, I will have more like 2-3 weeks since I’ll also be working on the Home Depot Holiday Style Challenge in October.
It’s going to be a busy six weeks around here, but I truly can’t wait to get started on it all.
