I have my Christmas shopping just about finished up and now it’s time to think about wrapping all those gifts. Whether you’re a super simple gift wrapper or a more detailed, elaborate one, there’s one thing every Christmas gift needs and that is a gift tag. Buffalo check patterns are everywhere right now – clothes, throw pillows, blankets, you name it! There’s something I really like about the graphic simplicity of a buffalo check pattern so I put together some free printable Christmas gift tags in black buffalo check and dark green buffalo check that you can download and print out here.
Once you download, it’s best to print out on mid-weight paper so the tags have some body to them. I found it easiest and fastest to cut along the guidelines with a paper cutter – an inexpensive one will do just fine. Then use a hole punch to make a little hole in one of the corners and tie it around your gift with ribbon or baker’s twine.
Super simple and I love how the black and white looks with Christmas red and white. I found this cute printed kraft paper at Home Goods. The backs of the tags are blank so you can write the “to” and “from” for the gift.
I usually do most of my gift wrapping Christmas Eve but am hoping to get ahead of the game this year. How are you coming on gifts and wrapping? Or are you a last minute wrapper like me?!
Remember you can click HERE to print out these gift tags for free!
